To be used with an i5 750 which i will be wanting to overclock and some memory i havent decided on yet but probably will be the Ripjaw 4Gb kit

I am using a Gigabyte P55 UD5 (i7 860) with 4GBs G.Skill ripjaw 1600C7 which works well, so I personally would go with the Gigabyte board, but in saying that the MSI boards which are on the go seem to be pretty good and clocking well...
