If you're not gaming then integrated graphics will be fine for you, AMD or intel will not make a huge difference on a budget system either, although AMD is generally cheaper than intel so you can squeeze more goodies into the budget which could make the whole package more attractive.

I know everybody's thinking this, so i'll just go out and say it... why not build it yourself? £400 can get a decent enough system.
