Which Phone ~£20/month?

Right, in about a month I'll be looking at a new handset, and I've shotlrtlisted the Xperia S and the Galaxy Nexus. The Xperia seems slightly better specced overall, perhaps better built but loses out on having LCD and what would appear to not be Gorilla glass.

Are there any other phones worth considering at this price point? I don't want to pay more than £22/month and don't really want to pay anything towards the handset. I would consider a Windows phone if there are any worth a look.

Have a look at the htc one s. That should be out in around a month, most likely will be my next new phone.
