Which recordable freeview box

My freeview box just packed up, it was a digifusion one, tbh i dont want another one of these as they are a piece of crap really..anyone got any other reccomendations? i want to spend as little as poss, and if possible buy the recordable freeview box and have the ability to put a bigger HDD in.

Forgot to mention I have a £100 budget. If its under £100 then great

I bought a Hitachi HDR081 for £100 and it's great. That was until I moved house and now I can't get a freeview signal :rolleyes:

I have got a digihome one from argos that I bought last summer. It is fine. You can record two channels at the same time or watch and record a channel. It was £100 then and Im sure you can get then for about that price now.

Really beats VCR!

The Thomson DTI6300 has a good reputation and is under £100 , it can be found for £92.99 in a very large rain forest in South America.

Not particuarly audible

In fact, the only time i heard it was when i knocked the lights out, room in silence, and ther was a light hum from the hdd.

im on the verge of ordering one but i would prefer one with a hdmi connection
