Which to get S5 or Note 3

All subjective.

IMO anything between the Moto X and GS4 is a nice size for me. Edit: Just make the Moto X a bit wider and top bezel a bit smaller for a bigger screen = perfect size!

S5 adds size for it's worthless (IMO) water resistant feature.

I feel sorry for people who allow the silly opinions and judgment of others to dictate what they do or buy

If someone is going to laugh at me for having a large phone then it says far more about them!
Their opinion means nothing to me and I'll continue to use what I find productive and fun and NOT what looks good or won't be ridiculed by certain individuals
