Which TV for under 1500?

It's for my grandparents and it has to be a 48-50" anything bigger is just a bit too big for the room. I think there is 4 chooses for this I have narrowed it down to for a 4K TV, as they do not upgrade their TVs often its best to future proof it.

I'm leaning towards the LG 49UB850V and SAMSUNG UE48HU7500. The LG at that price you can't really go wrong and I have the LG in the 55” version and think it is fantastic but the Samsung has been given such good reviews also.

I have forgot to add on the PANASONIC TX-48AX630B but have not seen much on this?

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks for all the comments, only thing left is to go have a look around at afew of them. I will defiantly consider the Panasonic more as I had been swinging towards the samsung more also looks like Roy jowetts av is around 80mile from me so I will check around closer.
