Which tyres ?

Hi my very first thread how very exciting please be gentle

Ok had the car around 4 months now and the el cheepo tyres that were on when i bought the car have been reduced to mulch.
The car in question is a vw bora 2002 tyre with 16's fitted.
Now had a look online and there's so much choice i dont have a clue what to fit.
Anyone fancy giving me a push in the right direction.

Goodyear Duragrip I think they are called now. Used to be Hydragrip, great all rounders.

as above, or if you want MEGA-grip but very soft short life tyres (and dont laugh everyone they are the best tyres i ever had on my old saph cos) Nankangs
