Which Wireless N?

Hey all,

My Gf Parent are looking for a new router,which they current got a wireless DG834G which is coneccted to the pc and plus three wireless laptop on the go.they will be streaming video,music,data.the porblem is the signal and we be lucky to get signal bar,there spending range is 80pound

Wireless N doesn't give any extra range or signal strength, in my experience it's usually worse than G.

If however you do have a good signal you get better speeds.

Basically in your case, home-plugs / a wireless repeater would probably be the wise choice.

is the signal issue down to physical issues ie distances / construction? every man and his dog has g round my way so i moved to n and got much better results.
