Evening Folks,

I'm in the process of editing some shots and I'm not sure if the white balance is correct... It seems cool in the photo below but I think it works... How does it look on your monitors? (Mine isn't calibrated and the queue for the OCUK members kit is very long so won't get it any time soon).

On a side note... If other people want to post their pics for white balance critique then go ahead :) (just make sure you critique mine :p )

Looks ok to me, although seems to have a slight blue twinge on his shorts. Skin tones look correct though and that's what I'll always look at first.

Sometimes they but a blue tinge in the white fabric to make it look whiter (to stop it looking yellow after a few washes) and this can throw off your white balance massively if put the eye dropper on it.

@Op
If you want to get rid of the blue cast in the shorts but keep the same white balance, just desaturate the blue colour in LR or PS.

Thanks guys... I'll have a look at reducing the blue saturation...

And I'll have a look into the expodisc.

Cheers All :)
