I have many subs but generally don't both to watch their videos, I need a purge.

I don't watch those videos specifically targeting ASMR. I get the effect better out of other mundane videos that don't know they're stimulating ASMR.

Honest question, but I have a list as long as my arm of films and TV to watch. How the heck do people fit in watching all this YouTube content?

I watch films, TV, listen to music and about 2-3 podcasts a week on my commute. I honestly can't fit any more "content" in my life
