Who can cut their own hair (and I dont mean a no-brainer buzz)

I just set my beard trimmer to number 2, and buzz cut. That's right - beard trimmer, not hair clippers. :p

lol, when I was at school we used to cut each-others hair (it was all about undercuts back in the early 90's) using a rechargeable beard trimmer; after one or two cuts it would run out of juice. One evening I ended up with half a haircut during supper and had to wait until later to finish the job.
You could always tell when the batteries were getting a bit low as instead of cutting it used to snag and pull your hair out. Still hurts thinking about it :D

My beard trimmers actually last for quite a few cuts, and doesn't need recharging very often. Given that I also use them to, you know, actually trim my beard, it's really quite good.

My hair and nails grow stupidly quick (no idea why) and after I left school I was told to pay for my own stuff. Thought sod that and now I shave my head bald (grows back to around 2-3 in 2 days, no joke) and just let it grow until I have to shave it again.

Just lazy but I love it.

I do it myself here No.3 all over (Buzz cut) and just get the mother to trim up where i cant reach at the back and around the ears and the jobs done.

Cant be bothered having a fancy hair style that requires brushing/Hair gel and all that ****..i like to just get up and go.

I do my own but it's easy as I buzz it all over, I also do the childrens the two boys 15 and 7 are a little harder to please, but I really have my work cut out doing the girls and the girlfriends, I have to put a little more effort into those ones.
An yes I am cheap, but if it something you can do yourself why pay someone else to do it, that goes for everything in life.

bullit

When i reached the age of 23 i realized that paying for a silly haircut every 3 weeks was in fact silly money being thrown away.

Now its NO1 all over every 2-3 weeks, DIY but missus does my neck line and I'm good to go, takes about 10 minutes max.

Would never ever have a haircut which i have to mess about with styling products etc.

I pay £9 every 5 weeks or so, and get a few bottles of beer, good chat, great service and they've usually got awesome tunes. Well worth it. People just need to find a decent salon.

I agree - I miss that sort of thing. The problem is the place I used to go gave terrible cuts. One of those clipper-happy assembly-line joints where they dig into your scalp with the things.

BZZZ BZZZ BZZZZZ ok youre done £10 please, NEXT.

Im thinkin "Im gonna learn to do this myself rather than pay these goons"

Maybe one day I'll make a mistake while cutting my own and that will send me looking for a good salon :p

This is exactly what i use to do, but now its just a case of grade 1 all over, done myself. Couldn't be bothered with going into town for haircuts when i could do it myself for free, also, loads and loads of grey coming through now so skinhead seems logical.
