The problem I have now is with Chris Moyles. The fact that he only seems to be interested in people who have some sort of fame or in which he can gain something by being friends with them i.e. Gordan Ramsey, Osbournes, Louis Walsh etc. There was a time when he used to have 'not so' famous people on the show when he wasn't well known and now, if you aren't some big shot, Chris will not have you on the show. In his own words, what can they offer me? nothing so clear off.
I've been listening to his show from Day 1 back in the awful times of Radio 1 and he did deserve every penny for saving the station but now, he earns over 600k a year from Radio 1 with bonuses thanks to the 'If we get 7000 texts in the next 10mins' etc and it seems to have gone to his head and he feels that he only wants to fit in with the big famous guys. Look at the Simon Cowell situation, he did his very kiss ass work to get in with him but Cowell ignores his calls and refuses to go his show resulting in Chris getting angry and he stopped talking about x-factor.
I still love his show but there is a side of him now that is getting on my nerves.
The ratings for his show has gone up but then again, his show is on the best time of the day when everyone is getting up, going to work/school.
