The answer will be an old fart with a crap car, who lives in a decent area, simple as

I seem to get good quotes for my age (never more than about a grand even for 4.4 V8 BMW's etc), but i wont be anywhere near the lowest as i dont like small engined cars and i am only 20.

Why would you have a bonus accelerator policy if you already have 6 yrs NCD?

Also I thought only new drivers without NCD could have them? :confused:

BTW, surely you can't actually "pay" £0.00

That makes it free of payment! ie nothing has been debited from your pocket to an insurance companys' bank account....
