Who here owns a Fiesta ST?

Hopefully, I've put my name down but I start a new job on Monday so need to find out if I have it off or not. Not had it dyno'd since the cams and map so quite excited :D

If I put mine on it will be the first time since Jamsport worked their magic. Not sure whether to expect higher or lower figures.

Still struggling to find a pair of second hand coilovers :(

I'm having my 300mm brake upgrade done on sat. Although I have the carriers to do the 270mm rear upgrade, I'm still a bit undecided if it's worth it.

I've heard the MR200 kit is no more :(

The rear brake upgrade isn't "worth it" but if you need to replace the discs at the rear due to age you might as well try to get the rear upgrade done at the same time.

In other news, while GJ07 has and always will be my baby for track day fun, I've gone ahead and ordered a Christmas present for myself... A spirit blue ST2 :D

Yeah they do pop up on the main forums every now and again but it's rare. Personally with something like coilovers I'd rather buy new, just my opinion though. I would have gone for APs but the GAZ GHAs are only a couple hundred more and they are superb quality.

I have been advised already against buying second hand suspension but I'm trying to keep to a budget now as I've spent quite a lot of money on the car so far. Really don't want to spent £500+ on coilovers but I know you get what you pay for.

Gonna wait till MOT time in March time next year I think and see what my rear brakes are like then. If they advise I change them then I'll do the 270mm upgrade then.

Congrats on the ST2. I'm still a bit undecided on them personally. Just something about how they look from certain angles.

My Spirit Blue ST-2 is in segmentation now, eta to dealer is still 21-Dec but my Est. Production date is 19th November instead of the 28th November. So hope I get it sooner :D

Put my 17's on as they have brand new tyres. Cars on AP coilovers. Any of you guys running said setup quite low get any rubbing?

Was fine on 16's for me, I'm too tight buy new tyres yet though!

Also fitted some CREE LED sidelights, what nonsense having to remove the clusters lol. My lights didn't wanna leave the car and the grill clips were a pain, tucked under bumper lip and a ballache to get off, got there in the end though.

I am thinking about getting some 15's running 195/50 tyres for winter, I can't really push my car with the 17" ST wheels on without it rubbing and I don't wanna knacker my car, but I aint raising it either :P I'm keeping my 16's hidden away over winter as they're mint.

Will these fit? Normal 1.2/1.4 Zetec alloys:

Or do I need to work to strict minimum width and offset to clear my brakes?

What colour you getting Adam?

No idea on tyre offsets Storm. I'm after a pair of 15s to replace my 17s permanently. Cheaper tyres and better ride comfort hopefully. Struggling to find any though, just like coilovers.

I've found some RS 7 spoke softlines in 15" with good tyres and wheels are in really good nick, hoping to do a deal for around £140. Will do for winter, sell my 17" ST wheels as I don't want them really for hopefully £400 then spend the difference on servicing and probably drop links as I'm getting the odd clonk :) Then chuck my 16's on in around march/april when the snow has left us!

What offset are those RS softlines? Know some of them are a funny fit on the st, low offset so lots of poke, very euro!
