Trying to do heists and I just keep getting kicked from the server. I have 120mb virgin broadband.

Was having terrible connection problems last night.

Have Rockstar acknowledged this yet? When I looked yesterday, they just pointed people to their network troubleshooting page, suggesting port forwarding etc.

Tried PS3 yesterday, completely broken for me. Wouldn't even load into single player. Is this a common issue? Wanna try the heists, even if it us just a taste for the first one.

There are loads of issues with the First Heist, People getting kicked/Can't invite your mates to a sesh/Heist not registering, etc etc etc

I can say that Today me & a mate had no problems at all & once the first Heist is out the way everything seems to clear up.
Now I've completed the first Heist the game is acting normally.

Anybody wants an invite to Heists/Invite only server then add me - PSN = MalcVFR

Yeah that's pretty much the only thing I miss from previous versions is where you could sample the gear/vehicles before taking the hit on cash on multiplayer

Finally finished a heist albeit someone else's, both drink to success walk out the bar and he shoots me in the back and robs me but I end up 140k better off?!?

Sounds good to me, that's when i'm normally about too.

I've only done the 1st heist, but they are broken down into missions, so you don't have to do the whole 2-3 hour thing in one go.

Progress saves for the Leader so when everyone is back on again you can continue from where you left off.

I'll be doing equal payouts for everyone.

Online is as about as useful as a turd in a dingy keeps kicking me offline every 2 mins on xbox live when I go to join a heist mission

Yeah the invite system is rubbish, it's not so bad if you invite friends direct or use party invite but in game invites are turd like you say. It's a shame because the heists them selves are really fun and require team work. Another annoying thing is when you do manage to get a team together after finishing one of the missions it dumps you all back into free mode, meaning you have to try and invite everyone again. Wish It just gave you the option to proceed to the next step with the current team.
