Who is your Usenet Provider?

Easynews, never failed to max any connection i've used it on, unlimited NNTP and HTTP connections, pretty good web search interface.

Cons is that its $.50/GB

I was on Astraweb till i got sick of their measly 25 day retention and needed some files that were 40 days old. Went and subscribed to Giganews unlimited. Connection maxed (10mb NTL) each time i use it ;)

I use Newshosting, $14.95/month for unlimited downloads and 40 days retention.

Used easynews for a few months. Good speeds (able to max out my uni connection) but the retention was poor.

Now back to using my free, but capped (2x30kbs), giganews account through nildram. It does seem like every time I visit the giganews website they've announced another increase in retention.

I use Newshosting as my main one, then a 25gb block account with Astraweb as a backup. Nildram also provide two connections to Giganews incase the other two are unable to find the file.

If you want the *best* go with Giganews, otherwise Newshosting or Easynews are the best choices.

I used Giganews, its good service and retention but a bit pricey.

Just moved to Newshosting, 6months unlimited for $83, first weeks use has gone smooth, seems pretty decent.

Easynews.

Never had a problem with them, and speeds are always maxed out.

Around $10 for 20Gig I think, and you can gain an extra 2Gig per month by filling in a short survey every week :D

Newshosting.com , £9/month for 8 unlimited connections and I think 45 days retention. I always max out my 4mb line :)
