Who's done 'High Explosive' on their own on Veteran?

Havent managed that 1, but did do the 15 juggers on the oil rig alone on vet 
Me and my friend got down to 4 hostiles on 'Estate Takedown'...where my connection decided to fail.
Me and my friend managed this one the other day on veteran.
On one attempt we had killed 39/40 and the last man was a juggernaut!!!
We didn't have appropiate weapons to take him, and he took us by surprise so we ended up dieing. Right at the end as well!

I found a way to do HE on Vet by yourself in around 3 mins.
Get to the building at the start where you can jump in the window.. then position yourself so the tip of your crosshair is touching the top of the doorframe and the right side is somewhere in the beige wall. Manouver yourself so you can just see a very small portion of the window on the right.
When you see a Jug coming.. wait till u see his gun at the door and fire.. should get an instant HS.. strafe right to reload and pop back into position.
If you miss then jump out the window and run to, not down, the alley next to the house.. again once you see his gun then run back through the window and position yourself for a second shot.
My best time is 2:50 ish
