Saw a bike with one of those at Ace a few weeks back. Had all hydraulic suspension and some very detailed pinstriping on it, looked awsome.

Hmmm... vaguely on the subject of exhausts...

Was watching 'Road Wars' i think it was called on Sky Three, and a cop who had pulled someone over looked at the exhaust and said it wasn't legal because it didn't have a silencer on it...

I didn't know if that was true or not?

What do you mean as in just a back box with the tail pipe snapped off or somthing?

All you could see was the end of it poking out the back, looked fairly normal to me, but apparantly it wasn't legal because 'it had no silencer'

There are some noise restirctions on exhausts, though they are very difficult to measure on a street environment. I think it's more a Public Order Act law on noise than a specific motoring one.

Normally though if you have a straight through exhaust with no silencers at all it will be too loud.
