Nezbit, something or other.

He's fat, bald(ing), and speaks mostly/only through gritted teeth, with a series of mumblings with censory beeps overlayed.

I saw an advert for it on sky somewhere, but I can't remember what channel or when. Anyone know what I'm rabbling on about?

James Nesbitt is not who I'm on about. He's good, and can be quite funny.

But this guy I'm on about is incomprehensible, just talking through a grin of clenched teeth, low pitched mumblings, accompanied by censory beeps over random parts.
