Why are no games 'interactive' like Crysis?

I remember when Crysis came out and it was supposed to be the first of a generation. It was brilliant with destructable environments - even the foilage moved as you brushed past it. I know other games have some of the features (BF3 and 4 etc) but I think it's a real shame we don't have it in the likes of Skyrim or Fallout 4. Imagine how good they could be with destructible trees? mines laid in the right place could make epic traps in Fallout 4.

Such a lot of potential that is lost when these things aren't added...
