I really am fine. I surprised even myself. I spent the whole afternoon deep cleaning the place (voluntarily so I may add, she would've been gob-smacked :p), went to do shopping, made a large meal and tidied up again. I took her some clothes over earlier and while it was difficult, I didn't even asked to see her. I just told her sister to ring me when she wants the rest of her stuff and I'll send it over. I'm going clothes shopping tomorrow and looking forward to work on Monday. I'm cautious but I think I'll be ok mate. I'll be just fine :)

Too old to enjoy clubbing so much, too old to deal with proper hangovers, too old to be able to stomach how much it costs, too old in that I've got a slightly more proper job so can't go in half cut anymore, and I'm working tomorrow.

Too old in that all my mates are as well and one of them's got a kid :D

So... too old!

I ma sure you will Regulus. Remember in a few months you will wonder what all the fuss was over and will probably be enjoying the single life. Young, Liquid and Leery mate.....
 
Supposed to go out but didn't. Just done 10miles on exercise bike in 30:36 on resistance 12/16. A personal best by 90secs!!!! Well impressed.
Then had a bath. Went shop and chilling/bored now. Done lots of diy today and have to wait for kickboards in kitchen to dry. Took them off and apart and fixed them up then sprayed them gloss black using car paint( hey it xwas £1 and they have a shiny coating on). Sprayed and drying in shed.

Cheers fella. This may sound absurd as I don't know any of you, but the words of encouragement goes much further than you all can ever imagine. I sat up last night reading my thread again and took comfort in the words of encouragement directed at me. Sometimes we argue or harsh words get directed, but if someone is in need of a 'chin up' or e-shoulder to lean on, the forum can quickly group together and provide that.

I love this place :p
