Why my wife is brilliant : Reason 1

My ex girlfriend who was due to be my wife, but is now my friend is amazing because she is there to talk to, literally any time of day or night she will answer the phone. She visits with cakes and cookies and if she's been shopping will swing by my house on the way home with a new top or something she's bought for me.

And the cheeky mare had the liberty to give my bum a squeeze last time I bumped into her in the supermarket.

I love her to pieces, and she me. We just cannot be together so we remain the best of friends :)

My gf does all these little things that would never occur to me to do. As small as they are, they all add up into a nice feeling that she thinks about me. The other day she ordered a Dickies beanie, because I had one years ago and was gutted when I lost it. Years ago, and she remembered, and thought to find one for me. Small, insignificant, but a really nice gesture all the same. She even let me know she'd got me a little present and made me wait to see what it was as a surprise.

She's also incredibly organised and probably the only reason I ever make it down to see my family more than once a year.

I am useless like that, so it's nice to have someone who can do that kind of thing. I think she's the only person who could put up with my stubborn ways this long (she gives it right back!)
 
My wife is brilliant because of many reasons, but a few pertinent ones are firstly that she saved my life, and secondly that she puts up with me!
