If it floods you can take the glowplug out and pull the engine over a few times which will blast any excess fuel out the hole. You can check the glowplug by putting it in the starter and putting some power on it. It should glow red hot almost instantly.
when i Did Nitro, mine usually glowed white hot.
did you build the car yourself? the servo that controlls throttle also controlls Air-Intake.
See if you can adjust the Air intake valve on the carburettor (sp?)
