Widnows is messed up...URGENT

Hi there, my windows on my other pc has just had a dump on me and crashes at various time during the laoding. what i wanna know is how do i totally reformat the hard drive. I have 2 partitions but only by mistake last time i accidnetly pulled out a cable. so i wanna delete the whole lot and starta agin! Again wanna guide me through it. And this is kinda urgent!

ok ive found a link and followed it by deleting the current partitions and now its reformatting...the disc is scratchedf to **** so i hope to god it bloody works!...wish me luck!

OK its been formatting a partition and its sitting on 100% and it has for about 5 minutes already does it usually take as long or has it crashed?

Please someone help me it couldnt format the partition and it also couldnt delete it...what am i to do..is my Hard drive broken now?!?1 its less than 2 months old!. When i try and renstall windows it freezes on parport.sys while copying files...this doesnt sound to good to me! someone help please!

Im going to use a different disc to see if it was the disc but if its the hard drive its only 2 month old. What are Overclockers like for RMA'ing hard drives?
