WiFi channels + too many neighbours = me pulling my hair out!

5GHz helps a lot. I'm running my 5GHz wireless on channel 36 without any issues and the 2.4GHz runs on channel 13, which works well as most of my neighbords are on either 1 or 6.
 
Theres an app I have for my android called wifi analyser.
It shows all the chans in range of your phone in a handy graph which updates i real time. I used it to at-a-glance see which ranges are clear in my area. VERY handy. Found conflicting networks which killed our signal and we couldnt get more then 1 bar 5 meters away from the wireless n router. But this solved it easily.
