¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm overclocking, here's the rig:

Motherboard - Gigabyte 965 DS3
CPU - c2d e4300 cooled by d-tek fuzion. 333 x 9 = 3ghz
GFX - x800gto cooled by silverprop fusion
RAM - 2GB of crucial d9gmh pc5300c3. 1000mhz @ 12-4-4-4-4
PSU - Tagan 480W
HD - 74gb raptor and a 320gb 7200.10
PCI dlink wifi card

Now, when running OCCT, and some games, my wifi is always dropping out...

I'm guessing this is a PCI issue? Is it the southbridge or northbridge that works with the PCI bus?

I could try upping the voltage, or maybe reduce the FSB? Has anyone else had this problem?

my wifi always drops out - laptop, main pc. so i just use wired now.

it could be a power issue, high loads cause more fluctuations on voltage rails, and more EMI. this could be killing the signal.

all you can do it try other pci slots/other wifi cards,

Well, I'll try it at stock settings, and maybe another slot, and see what happens.

Wired isn't that easy for me, as my access point is in the loft. :(
