Maybe the children you know listened to their parants and respected everyone and everything around them, and that is good. I'm on about the problem/cheeky/disrespectable kids at school and on the estates where instead of giving them a right good kick up the backside everyone just seems to mollycoddle them.

Also the yobs know that nothing will happen to them when are all eventually caught.

Born and raised in Wigan, its certainly an interesting area. Lot of teenage mums, lot of council estates. I escaped to Salford, that should say enough.

The idiots don't seem to care that the police will go through all the video footage (mobile phone and CCTV) and have the staff point out the offenders (where necessary) before picking them up later on.
