Bigger box!
Hello All,

Just brought my daughters Wii over to my place and wondered whether there's anything for it that might be any use to a 31 year old?!
I've got no interest in having to stand up and wave my arms around like an idiot (and yeah, I do know that's kinda the point of the Wii), frankly I'm just too lazy!

I know that you can sit down and play NSMB Wii using the remote like a traditional controller, plus I've always been a big fan of the Mario games, so I'll definately pick that up. Anything else?

Cheers

Silent Hill shattered memories (I loved this game)
House of the dead overkill
Madworld (marmite game, bit repetetive but good fun)
Resident evil 4 and all the others that orderoftheflame mentioned.
Golden eye.

Skip Resi 4 it's ****
No it isn't. It's a good game, in my opinion. Although it's not technically zombies it's still a good adventure and (sometimes) makes good use of the Wiiwaggling.
Why do you think it's ****? I think it's better than the resi 1 remake which to me looks very dated and pretty much smashed the rose tinted glasses that I wore for the original.

RE4 is a better game imo too. This is a quote from Jun Takeuchi about RE5, but it explains why I didn't enjoy the first two much.

"... when it comes to Resident Evil, we feel that by imposing a restriction on the player you actually increase the tension that they feel while playing. Finding the balance between that and the player's frustration is very important when approaching the design of a game like this. I think that by imposing certain restrictions on the player you actually help to heighten the fear and the tension, and, ultimately, you create a better horror game."

Looks like quite a healthy list after all :)
Thanks all for your input.

Think I'll have a go a SMB Galaxy 2, doesn't seem my sort of thing but it's got 10/10 reviews all over the shop, will have to give Tatsunoko a go too and liked the Resident Evil games so should try 4...

Cheers again all :)
