Wilko's back **6 Nations Spoilers**

O'Driscoll and Stringer are out for Ireland. Boss takes SH, They're moving Horgan to centre and putting Murphy on the wing.

That's a big big loss for Ireland (particularly with Horgan coming straight back from a serious Knee injury) and I think shifts some of the balance in France's favour. I fancy France by 4 or 5 points now even with the 'Croker' effect.

Got to say I'm pleased with the win yesterday, even if Wales didn't play their best - or maybe we didn't let them play.

But again, just like last week against England, we lacked incisive running in the back line although Dewey and Lamont looked a bit more lively. Chris Paterson is a kicking god, is sharp and nearly scored but for a stumble, he just needs to be a couple of stone heavier to get the best use of his running skills.

Absolutely shocking by Scotland in the first 6minutes going 21-0 down. 24-10 at half time it's still possible for a come back but, i couldn't believe those 3 Italy trys happened.

17-37 final score, shocking game one of the worst i've seen Scotland play in years, it's a shame considering how much they've improved over the last year or so.

England are seriously being shown up here by Ireland 23-3 at halftime. Good play from Ireland but Grewcock got binned for a stupid offence and we've been pretty damn poor in general. No spark, no fight and no chance of winning this one :(

England weren't so bad.
It's just what happens when a mediocre team comes up against a very good one.

The same thing is about to happen on BBC2 ..... France -Wales :p

Hmm, rugby today was interesting anyway. Scotland could have done ok if they hadn't gifted 3 tries to Italy before 7 minutes were out and as with all the matches so far Scotland struggled to convert good possession into a final result. Again a bit of luck could have made all the difference.

England were annihilated by a solid Ireland team, nothing exceptional but they did everything well enough although Shane Horgan (I think it was) probably should have been sin-binned for a clubbing elbow with no reason as he ran through after a chip.

Wales - France was probably the highlight of the day with two decent teams squaring off although France just seemed to have that touch of class necessary when tested. :)
