Wilko's back **6 Nations Spoilers**

Your joking! Brian Moore's probably the best commentator in the tournament! Butler though...is an embaressment. What a game though. If the forwards had done that in the other matches we could have been the champions, that's the frustrating thing. Still at least the natural order of things appears to have been restored. England should never win in Cardiff.

If they have any sense of decency the English players that took the field today should hand their caps back. That performance was completely unacceptable.

I was talking to my Dad and I remarked that this was the poorest England side that I could remember.
His reply was 'I agree.... and my memory goes back much further than yours.'

Says it all really. :(

This english guy commenting on the wales game is a complete idiot

Moore and Butler are both pretty dire really.
Eddie Butler on seeing Adam Jones had replaced Chris Horsman:
' And England are making a change in the front row.'

Andy Nicol was on fire today though.
After the try in the 75th minute:
'Well he's galloped in from all of 6 yards there and, like any good tighthead prop, he's now got cramp.'

Hypothetical I know, but what would you, as Scotland captain, in that situation do?

Personally, you always go for the best result you can so yeah as Scotland captain I'd go for the penalty regardless of how the other results go. It isn't my concern, nor should I worry myself about them, everyone else ought to be big enough and ugly enough to look after themselves. :)

Interesting games of rugby today anyway. I could swear that the Italy I watched for the past three games didn't show up today, Scotland needed a bit more luck (for the usual excuse) to actually challenge France properly and England were just shocking overall considering the Welsh team weren't great today and still won.

Only saw Wales vs England. A good performance from Wales showing a lot more verve than they've done in a while. Hook is the finished article been loving his work for the last 6 months.

To be honest, Welsh back row aside, until England can regulalry dominate packs of the standards of Wales they aren't going to get anywhere. But that said, Rees and Haskell are wet behind the ears and still show a lot of promise. Its no embarassment to come off second best to Williams, Jones and Poppham the way they're playing at the moment.

On the positive side Englands seem to have found some buzz in the backs and if they end up behind a dominating pack will really cause teams some troubles. Some of their set plays have showed more invention in the two games Catt has been back than in the previous year. Tait and Strettle only just look international standard now but have the obvious promise fire that they will be top notch very soon. Geraghty and Flood are also looking good and both seem to have complete looking games if they can hack it at the top level.

A poor tournament by England's historic standards but I've seen some genuine signs of improvement. Now if we can find the forwards to mixi it with the best we might get somewhere.

I've found them. :)
They were in the sick bay. :(

I think we need to start an ITV Hooker Idol search though, because if the choice is down to Chuter, Mears and Titerall then that just isn't good enough.
