will a GTX460 1gb ever beat a GTX470

I have 2x 460 1GB boards that do 900core on 1.075v. Each will beat a stock 470 comfortably, but overclock that 470 to 800MHz and it will pull ahead again.

I thought the actual stats were as follows for the 1GB 460

GTX 470 448:56:40
GTX 460 336:56:32

The additional core and mem speed (plus a few core tweaks) help the 460 get close to the 470, but in the end the 470 will almost always be the faster card.
