Will a Scythe Ninja Fit Ok on a DFI Ultra-D?

I see the DFI has some fairly big chipset heatsinks on it around the cpu socket. Could someone please confirm i'd be ok putting these 2 together?

I have an Antec P180 case with the top fan taking air into the case, so the fan on the Scythe is blowing the air out the back. I have the Scythe Ninja Plus model which comes with a very good, and quiet scythe branded fan.

which side of the hs is the fan tho? will it fit on either? have u got any pics?

i was thinkin about sticking one of my ambers on it blowing air through the ninja and out the back of the case.

That is exactly the way I have it - the fan is on the side facing the front of the case, drawing air in, pushing it through the heatsink and to the rear exhaust fan.
