ok so I have a Asia p8p67 motherboard with an i7 overclocked.

32gb memory.

Two Hard Drives and two SSD cards.

Network pci card.

A 2gb gtx 560.

A water pump for liquid cooling and a lot of LED's and LED strips. Finally 4 140mm LED fans.

So I'm upgrading the gpu to a gtx 1080 to match the level of my other components.

I have a nzxt power supply 450, would I need to upgrade this? I only purchase white components :).

I would upgrade to a good quality 500-600W unit. 450W is pushing it under full load, especially with your overclock.

If you're restricted to white, then either of these would be a good choice:

The 650W model will give you more headroom and is only £10 more. I was going to mention that you can't turn off the LEDs on those PSUs, but you seem to be keen on LEDs!
