I've been using a Hiper 580W for at least a year and a half now and its still going strong.

Its currently powering a C2D [email protected], 2gig Crucial Ballistix 5300 (overclocked), ATI 1900XT (overclocked too, don't remember what too, at work so can't check), 3 Samsung Spinpoint hardisks, DVD writer, Creative Fatal1ty X-Fi soundcard *and* watercooling... no problems with it what so ever.

Personally i would change it to a Corsair 520. Oh have you checked that the CPU Cooler fits onto that motherboard?

As I understood it sycthe haven't released a list of compatible motherboards but the reviews I have read of the motherboard say that sort of size should fit allbeit tight on the motherboard pipes possibly.
If it doesnt then its the retail fan and no overclocking until at least Tuesday! :)
