When can I travel?
Travel is available on all Caledonian Sleeper services up to December 15, 2007 and then again from January 7 to February 23, 2008.
Terms and Conditions
1.The offer is subject to availability and valid for travel until December 15, 2007 and from January 7 February 23, 2008.
2.Each person is entitled to purchase up to two half-price Caledonian Sleeper Apex Single or Return tickets in one transaction.
3. This offer is valid with Caledonian Sleeper Apex tickets, valid for travel in berth accommodation. It is NOT valid in the Seated Coach of the Caledonian Sleeper.
4.Full payment is required at the time of booking.
5.Tickets must be booked at least five days in advance of outward travel and bookings can only be made by telephoning First ScotRail Telesales on 08457 55 00 33. Travel must be completed by February 23, 2008.
6.Travel is only permitted on the Caledonian Sleeper service. Travel on other First ScotRail services or other Train Operating Companies services is not allowed.
7.Fares quoted are valid until December 15, 2007. Fares for travel between January 7 and February 23, 2008 are subject to revision.
8.Changes to travel plans are not permitted. A 50% refund is available on Apex Single and Return tickets submitted for refund before 1600 the day before outward travel. NO refund is available after this time. An administration fee will apply to all refunds. There are no further discounts for children or Railcard holders. Upgrades to First Class are not allowed.
9.Reservations are compulsory. If booking a return ticket both outward and return trips must be booked at the same time.
10. The maximum validity of a return ticket is one calendar month.
11. All travel is in twin berth cabins. Single travellers may have to share a cabin with someone of the same sex.
12. At busy times use of the Lounge Car may be restricted to First Class customers only.
13. First ScotRail reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
