Windows 10 Store applications have lost their icons

I have just updated Windows 10 to 1809 and I have a strange problem. All of the apps I have downloaded have lost their icons in the taskbar. Normal applications have retained their icons. It is only things like Spotify and Netflix which have lost their icons.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? It is a bit annoying.

Do the shortcuts still work if clicked?

If a restart hasn't fixed it then you could try this:

I deleted everything in that folder and it didn't fix the issue annoyingly. If you have any other suggestions I'd love to hear them.

Try the troubleshooter, it can reset the Windows Store cache.

I've tried that and it still doesn't work which is really annoying. Not sure what to do at the moment as the problem only affects Windows 10 store applications. Normal desktop applications work perfectly.
