Windows 7 - Slow data transfer to memory sticks etc?

I am just wondering if other people with the Windows 7 RC have issues when trying to transfer data to a memory stick or say a SDCard?

Basically I try and transfer say a 300mb file and it takes ages, like 3 minutes to transfer. I am sure XP didn't used to take this long??

So is it windows 7 being slow or do I have to enable something in windows 7 to make it faster?

works fine for me ,same speed as xp

Oh i forgot to say that I usually connect my devices through a usb hub, could this be the problem? As I say I used the same hub in xp and it seemed much faster so didn't think it could be this.

my 2 usb drives broke couldny format or delete anything one was a 16 gb aswell think it was something to do with vista,i just binned mine was nightmare losuing all my stuff
