This is a list of all the stuff i've turned off.
Anything that is questionable will have an explanation next to it in brackets. Again, this is just for
my computer (other users will more than likley vary) so if you're feeling confident and want to turn the background crap off then feel free to do so.
Instructions:
Hit 'Start' and then type 'MSCONFIG' in the search bar. Hit enter and navigate to the 'Services' tab.
