Windows hard drive error

Hi I've just have a error message saying there is a problem with one of your hard drives please back up any data etc, I have managed to get all the data off the drive and run HDtune and It's saying spin retry count failed. So is it dead? RMA time?

No It's an seagate 7200.10. Sorting rma now thanks for the replys
