Windows Media Player Anything Better

is there anything i could use that is better than Windows Media Player ? i mean it would be able to do what windows player can but only better

For movies - Media Player Classic.
(Installs with K-Lite Codec pack)

Does the job for me rather well - No fancy features but plays all files I own with no issues.

I still use WMP for tunes.

I use VLC or WMP for Videos, and foobar2000 for music (had been alternating between WMP and Winamp for years 'till I tried foobar).

could anyone help me with a WINAMP question

i have a 19" flatscreen 1280x1024

the text within winamp (song titles etc) are very small

any way of making this bigger?

VLC or Media Player Classic are the most recomended. I'd personally use codec pack CCCP though, but thats maily because it caters to what i'm using it for more.

I mostly use MPC these days for straight DVD compatability and ease of install (i.e. no install required).

Note : MEDIA PLAYER CLASSIC is not WINDOWS MEDiA PLAYER
