Hey dudes, I am at my friends house and they have an issue with Windows Vista. They dont actually know what caused the issue but they constantly have an error come up saying:
"Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service Configuration Application has stopped working"
Now, I googled this error and I have "disabled" the service that I believe this related too but it still comes up. I have also tried to tell WMP not to share anything at all and this also doesnt work. The error just comes up over and over and has made the computer almost unusable.
Does anyone has any ideas of how to resolve this issue? They are not planning on doing any media sharing so if I need to disable anything to do with that its fine. It takes me a few minutes to even get "services" open due to the error always trying to be on top.
Helps?
Thanks
