Hmm the iconia is jumping back up again, ugh why does choosing things have to be so difficult!!! I think I should consider what I need more, the ability to do pretty much anything, or more battery... But considering it... Android x86 runs on the iconia, but is it legal? I mean isn't android open source so wouldn't it be legal?

That would be a waste of time as you're getting all the bad points of an x86 tablet (poor battery life, heavy, big) with all of the bad points of Android.

If you're going to get an x86 tablet, run Windows on it.
If you want Android (which I would recommend to 90% of people) then get a Nexus 7 or Nexus 10.

Go for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 16GB, It does all the stuff you have mentioned and a lot more. For £318 and while the Samsung £50 cash back offer is on it comes to £268. An steal for possibly the best tablet on the market. If you like tinkering Android is for you.
