Windows Vista HP 32-bit or 64-bit for Abit IP35 Pro with 2GB RAM?

If your only using 2 gig of RAM then vista 32, however with RAM prices it might be a better chocie to grab the 64bit version and 2 mroe gig of RAM

Well I'm getting the Ultima OcUK system which suggests overclocking performance is hindered by 4GB RAM. The 2GB RAM is PC8500 Ballistix...

Hello Pea0n, may I ask why?

There is absolutely no reason what so ever to buy a 32-bit Operating System, unless you specifically know that you will have compatibility problems with the programs that you run and/or drivers aren't provided for your hardware which at this point in time is highly unlikely. Regardless of the amount of RAM you have, 64-bit is the way to go, without a shadow of a doubt.

A 64-bit platform is just much better; it is securer, more stable and faster.
