Windows Xp and an old laptop

I need some advice, links etc. I have installed XP pro on an old laptop it runs OK but i would link to disable any unneeded features to get it going a little better.

Any tips or good links cheers

I survived plenty well enough playing games on an XP machine for over a year on a 700Mhz with 128 RAM.

More is better, but 128 I found was enough :)

nlite tbh. I've just done this on a semi decent laptop Athlon xp2800 and 1gb of ram and it flies.

Lets you remove pretty much everything, then I just added XPISE to it!

Result, one MEGA fast laptop that my other half cant shaft!!!
