Hmm, that's really not how I picture Stannis. Melisandre's casting isn't as bad. But Stannis seems all wrong to me. :/

For some reason I've always picture Stannis as my old Deputy Headmaster, who looks nothing like that bloke Lately I've been imagining Stannis as Christopher Ecclestone. I'm sure that bloke will do Stannis well. Melisandre looks good - hopefully the writers will add some naked scenes for her (I don't think she ever gets naked in the books)

Looks good. Seems to fit Davos anyway. Never watched Camelot.

I just watched HBOs 2008 miniseries "John Adams" (great series by the way), with Stephen Dillane (who will play Stannis) as Thomas Jefferson.

From what I saw there, he will be PERFECT for Stannis He has such cold eyes...

The scenes at 1:40 and 3:15 are particularly Stannis-esque, I think.

Argh... still over 9 months until the second series of Game of Thrones!

Yup, I've got Mark Strong pictured in my head too when imagining Stannis.
