Wireless AV transmission

We have had a couple of nice, large LCD screens put up in reception area’s at work, which we would like to use to display various presentations, videos and information through one of our computers.

The screens are in a difficult place to run a cable too, so was after some advice for transmitting the signal wirelessly. How easy would it be to achieve this? Are there any/many such products on the market?

Thanks in advance for any help with this matter.

AEI Videosenders can do the job.
From personal experience though they are affected by Wifi, Bluetooth and my neighbours microwave oven which is annoying as it displays a rolling band of interference when trying to watch telly in bed. They may have moved on a little since the ones I bought 4 or 5 years ago to get round these probs though.

Nope, wireless equipment such as WiFi and AV senders operate around 2.4ghz.

Reason being the licence to broadcast at this frequency is dead cheap.

The reason it's cheap is microwave ovens kick out interference at this frequency.
