Wireless-USB or PCI

Just a quickie. Which would be better performancewise
A USB adaptor such as http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-134-NG&groupid=46&catid=1452&subcat=1470
or a PCI card, such as http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-005-EX&groupid=46&catid=1452&subcat=1465
I would rather go the PCI route as the USB would have to be hanging out of the front of my pc, however if I would get better performance with USB, I could put up with it.

For me personally if i had to choose from them 2 it would have to be the pci card.

Home plugs are another option and a 2 adaptor kit usually costs about £50
