Women and make-up

Personally i prefer minimal or natural beauty.

Seen a few fillies with make up so thick, you think they were rendering a wall.
Saw a filly in Morrison's the other day, with so much make up, she looked like a Mandrill on heat.

Have you not quite realised yet that women are pretty much the sole cause of their own neurosis. The all judge each other relative to themselves. If they wear little makeup then people who wear none don't care and those that wear more are trampy.

Women's magazines tell women what beautiful is, not men.

I don't wear make-up every day, not really allowed to wear any at work. Will only really do my eyes if I'm going out, unless I'm looking really tired and I'll wear a little bit of foundation. Foundation is hard to get close to my skin colour though as I'm so pale so normally don't really bother. I'm happy to say I've never worn fake tan.

I think it looks really nasty when other girls wear too much make up and fake tan.

Make-up can certainly enhance a woman's look in a good way.

Many just go too far though. Girls who's face's are caked in foundation for example...

When I go to work I'll put on some eyeliner and mascara, but at uni I'm full on bummin' and I can't be bothered putting on any make up--it's just not a priority and it isn't like I'm looking to impress anyone :p

Plus, with a lot of girls I know that wear too much make up, it makes it hard for them not wear make up after that because they start feeling self conscious without it. I've never judged a woman before because she wasn't wearing any make-up before, though. That's silly and shallow.

For me I prefer natural for day to day stuff. If it's a special occasion a minimal/moderate amount is ok, but that depends on the occasion. I hate make-up that seems structural as if they'd turn into your nan if they didn't wear it. Or if they're orange.

This depends on how drunk I am, if plastered I wanna smash a barbie doll like im out of a god damn p0rn movie.

If sobre, I'd rather take something more of a 'natural' look.

Current misses is middle ground in terms of how much she uses, but I'm fine with that.

I don't really see how men can be critical of this. Women are damned if they do and damned if they don't in almost all aspects of their appearance.

Skinny? Pah look like a skeleton!

Short neat hair? Pah look like a lesbian!

Visible make up? Pah you look like a whore!

It depends on the girl and the look she is going for. I don't think I condemn anyone for that alone, unless they are truly orange.

wouldn't say critical at all I barely give a women's makeup a second thought however we've been asked to give an opinion here and thus more thought than usual has went into the replies :D
