Got an old customer of mine who has a few of his documents saved, but when u open them they are blank!
Now the guy is in his 80's and has bad eyesight, but he insists that he had saved and opened the document many times befor, but now when u open it your greeted with a blank page?
I thought maybe he had accidentally deleted the text and the saved the doc, but he insists he hasn't!
I even did select all on the page in case the text was in white, but no joy
So is this a known bug with word 07 or is the guy at fault?
