Word 2010 Oddness - printing too far down

Hi All

Just a quick question, person in my office is doing several letters inline with a set style guide for margins etc.

The top margin is set at 6.5cm but when she prints the letter it prints out at 7.5cm down the page.

I figured it might be something to do with the header but having set it to no header and header 0mm from top of page but it still prints out too low...

Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be???

Might sound stupid but have you checked the default paper size in the application and driver is set to A4?

Now that is a good point actually, I'll check that tomorrow, I imagine it's set correclty but you never know.

A lot of default printer setups use US letter size which is close enough to A4 that most people don't notice anything amiss until something specific has an issue.
